Creative Truth Drops

Creative Truth Drops is a new art led series of magazines and workbooks created by Rose Art Graphix.
Each edition is built around one theme or a small group of connected themes taken from real life, inner experiences, and human behavior.

The pages are based on my original hand drawn artworks and the reflections that grew from them.
They are meant to give you a gentle space to pause, notice what you feel, and look at it with more clarity.

Creative Truth Drops is not therapy, counseling, or professional mental health care.
It is a creative reflection tool for personal insight and self awareness.

What you will find inside

Editions are flexible.
Content changes according to the theme, but may include:

• Short, easy to read articles that introduce the theme in a grounded, relatable way
• Reflective questions with writing space to explore your own stories and reactions
• Art perception pages that invite you to notice what draws your eye in the artwork and what that might mean for you
• Step by step guides that walk you through a thought process or exercise connected to the theme
• Creative association pages that help you link ideas, feelings, and symbols in your own way
• Open spaces for notes, doodles, or any personal reflections you want to add

All artwork is original and hand drawn.
The tools are shaped by my experience as an artist and certified life coach.

No two editions are the same.
Some focus on one artwork and one theme.
Others may weave together several artworks and related ideas, depending on what serves the topic best.

Cover of Creative Truth Drops Volume 1 featuring original hand drawn art of a woman with flowing red and gold hair, eyes closed, with a tree growing from her head against a bright textured background. The cover includes the title Do You Allow Yourself to Dream and a short list of what is inside the workbook. This image represents the main cover of the first edition in the Creative Truth Drops series.
How to use it

You move through the pages at your own pace.
There is no right or wrong way to work with it.

You can:

• Read the magazine parts first, then return to the workbook pages
• Choose one exercise that fits how you feel today
• Come back to the same page more than once and write something different each time

Use it when you want a quiet moment to think.
Use it when you feel stuck and want a gentle starting point.
Use it when you want a structured but creative way to look inward.

Creative Truth Drops is meant to sit alongside the rest of your life, not to replace any professional support you may need.

The first edition, Do You Allow Yourself to Dream, explores how dreams and goals can be encouraged, delayed, reshaped, or quietly pushed aside.

Inside you will find:

• An introduction to the theme of dreaming and permission
• A deep dive into the symbolism in the artwork Dream
• An art perception exercise that looks at what you notice first in the image
• Reflective questions to explore your personal connection to dreaming
• Creative association steps to link your ideas, feelings, and next possible actions

This edition is a first glimpse into the Creative Truth Drops series.
Future volumes will follow the same spirit of clarity, honesty, and art led reflection while exploring new themes and combinations of artworks.

The first edition: "Do You Allow Yourself to Dream"?
A workbook page titled Do You Allow Yourself to Dream with an introduction to the theme. The page includes text explaining the meaning of dreaming, what it represents, and how it relates to personal growth. A small version of the main artwork appears in the upper right corner showing a woman with flowing red hair and a tree sprouting from her head.
A workbook page titled About the Artwork describing the symbolism in the illustration Dream. On the right side are four vertical images showing close up sections of the artwork labeled The Tree, The Hair, The Fish, and The Expression. The text explains the meaning of each visual element and how it connects to the theme.
A workbook page titled Art Perception Exercise with color coded sections explaining what it means if your eye is drawn first to the tree, hair, fish, face, or background in the artwork. Each section describes the symbolic meaning and offers a reflection point. The page is designed to help readers notice their intuitive reactions to the artwork.
A workbook page titled Reflective Questions showing three guided prompts with lined space for writing. Each question explores personal connection to the theme of dreaming. Small decorative color accents appear beside each prompt. The page is designed for self reflection and journaling.
A workbook page titled Creative Associations with step by step guided reflection exercises related to the theme Dream. The page includes numbered prompts asking the reader to explore awareness, meaning, examples, and personal insights. There are lined spaces for writing answers.
