as long as the link goes directly to this site and the content is not copied or edited
• purchase prints or products through the official external shops that are linked from this site

• crop, edit, recolor or otherwise change the artworks or process videos
• remove signatures or watermarks
• use the artworks inside your own designs, logos, branding, products or content
• use the artworks in courses, workshops, teaching material or digital downloads
• bundle the artworks or text into any pack, template, product or resource
• use the content from this website for any commercial purpose of your own

You may not repost the artwork files themselves on your own accounts.
If you wish to share a piece that you like you may:
• share a direct link to the page on this website
or
• use the platform share feature when the image is posted on an official Rose Art Graphix account, if that platform provides a built in share or repost tool that keeps the original credit and caption
Screenshots, downloads and manual reposts of the images are not permitted without written permission.
5. AI, machine learning and datasets
You are not allowed to:
• use any artwork, image, text, video or page from this site to train or refine artificial intelligence models
• include the content of this site in any dataset used for machine learning
• use AI tools to mimic or replicate the specific style of Rose Art Graphix for commercial products or client work
Any such use is an infringement of copyright and will be treated as unauthorized use.
6. Prints and physical products
Authorized prints and products that feature the artworks are sold only through official external stores
such as INPRNT and TeePublic or any other platforms that may be added in the future.
Purchasing a print or product from an authorized store gives you the right to own that single physical item.
You do not receive any rights to:
• copy the image
• scan or photograph the print
• create more prints
• use the image on other items
• sell or license the image itself

Reselling of authorized physical products
If you purchase a physical product featuring an artwork from an authorized store, you may later resell that single physical item.
This does not give you any rights to reproduce the artwork or create additional copies.
You are not allowed to:
• resell the artwork under your own name
• claim authorship or ownership of the artwork
• sell the artwork in bulk or as part of a commercial reselling operation
• scan, photograph or digitally capture the artwork in order to make new prints
• use the artwork on any new products or materials
• package or market the artwork as part of your own brand or business
Only the original physical item may be resold.
No reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of the artwork is permitted.
7. Licensing, collaborations and commissions
If you are interested in licensing an artwork, commissioning a custom piece, or collaborating on a project,
you must contact Rose Art Graphix directly.
Any license or permission will be granted only in writing and will clearly describe what is allowed,
for how long and in which formats.
Verbal agreements, informal messages or assumptions do not grant any rights to use the artworks.
8. Text, blog content and captions
All written content on this site, including blog posts, artwork descriptions and other text, is also protected by copyright.
You may not:
• copy entire posts or significant parts of them
• translate them and publish the translations
• include them in newsletters, eBooks, guides or courses
• use them as scripts, voiceovers or article content
You may quote short parts for the purpose of review or commentary,
as long as you add clear credit to Rose Art Graphix and a link to the original page.

If you see the artworks or written content from Rose Art Graphix being used somewhere
